What a Beautiful Place to Live!
That was my family’s reaction the first day we visited friends in Nevada County located in the Sierra Gold Country Foothills. With high excitement, we could not wait to live here. I have been sharing that excitement with Buyers and Sellers of real estate for the past 10 years here. Having migrated from San Francisco I understand the learning curve moving from metro to rural. Nevada County compares to my home town in many ways because we have varied neighborhoods with different amenities, elevations and topography. The cities of Grass Valley and Nevada City have historic districts that drip with history and modern day excitement. Lake Wildwood and Lake of the Pines offer gated residential living with a private lake, beaches, golf, tennis and trails. We have many beautiful neighborhoods on small lots to big acreage offering lake or river fronts, lake or river views, orchards, vineyards, gardening, horse properties and much more. A strong community bond contributes to on-going activities, entertainment and events. I am still excited every day to live here and I am excited to share this with you by finding the perfect home or land parcel for you. Call me today!
